What areas do you serve?
We currently offer Pickup & Delivery in the majority of Duval, Clay and St Johns Counties. If you put in your address and it says it isn’t available then feel free to call us. We may be able to expand and add you to our service area.

How can I change my care preferences?
As a recurring customer, you have access to your previous preferences on our application portal. After logging into your account, click on the drop-down menu, go to “Account,” and select “Care preferences.” You can adjust your preferences as needed.
How much does it cost?
Pricing is as straightforward as folding a towel. Our affordable rates are based on the weight of your laundry (minus a 10% discount for recurring pickup customers). We require a minimum of $35 for wash + fold. It’s not uncommon to see a $35 order for a one or two person household. Click here to see our current price per pound.

All Pickup and Delivery orders have a $35 minimum.

Can I schedule regular pickups?
Absolutely! Set up a recurring pickup, save 10% on your orders and you’ll never worry about laundry again. Weekly, bi-weekly — you pick the frequency, we’ll pick up the clothes.
Pro tip: schedule pickups on the same day you have your house cleaned. Have your cleaners toss your clothes in a bag and set it on the front porch. We will take care of the rest. The next day you receive your fresh, clean clothes folded and bagged at your doorstep ready to wear again.
When would I be billed?
A card must be placed on file to schedule your delivery service. However, you will not be charged until after your clothes are washed and folded, but before delivery.
Why can’t I schedule a pickup?
If you are unable to schedule a pickup, either we do not currently service your area or you have an outstanding unpaid invoice from a previous order. Give us a call and we can help.
What if my credit card is declined?
How do I change my billing information?
Log into your account, click the drop down menu at the top left, select “Account”, then select “Payment.” Please contact us if you have any questions.
How long do you keep my laundry?
For delivery orders, your laundry is always returned to you the next business day. Friday orders will be returned on the following Monday.
How do you keep laundry orders separated?
Our team controls everything from start to finish. We do not use third-party drivers, and we wash your clothes on location, which means they get tagged and tracked throughout the entire process. We keep all customer orders separate. However, if you do have an issue, you can contact us.
What do I do if there’s a problem with my laundry?
Though it is rare, mistakes will happen from time to time. We ask that you notify us immediately so we can work to correct the mistake and make it right.
How do I cancel a pickup or my service altogether?
Just log into your account, and you can cancel at any time.
